Everyone likes French toast, but Greg Doucette, a fitness coach, and YouTuber created a recipe called "Anabolic French Toast."Remington James, another Youtuber, tweaked it a little and released it as well. These recipes take ordinary bread and stuff it with protein and flavor, making a satisfying and flavorful French toast breakfast. It's uncomplicated. Anyway, there were multiple photographs and videos of this recipe all over Instagram. And I wasn't in a hurry to test it since, as much as I adore cinnamon, it didn't seem like something I'd enjoy!

How is the taste?

What about the flavor? Is incredible! Quite delectable! As I previously stated, even if you follow Greg's recipe to the letter, you will need to make adjustments. I like cinnamon, so I made a mental note to add more of it, as well as additional sweetness. Take mental notes while eating it so you may make improvements the next time you cook it. If you like cinnamon rolls or swirls, you'll adore these! The combo of cinnamon and raspberry yogurt was delicious. Excellent flavor! It was a wonderful supper to eat. The flavor is pleasant, sweet, and savory. As I previously stated, you are free to add and remove anything as you see fit. You could even top it with fruit to make it even more unique. It's the ideal lunch for personalization.

INSTRUCTIONS

First Step

Preheat a large skillet over low to medium heat. Combine the egg whites, pumpkin, sugar-free syrup, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt in a mixing bowl. On a big plate, pour the egg mixture. Add the bread and soak it for at least 5 minutes in the egg mixture. This will allow the egg whites to absorb completely into the bread.

Second Step

Use a nonstick spray, coat the pan. Cook for 4-5 minutes per side on each side, or until golden brown and fluffy. The best approach to cook the egg whites all the way through and make the French toast thick and fluffy is to cook them low and slow.

Third Step

While the french toast is baking, combine Greek yogurt, one protein, and sugar-free pudding mix in a mixing bowl. You may thin it out with a couple of tablespoons of water or milk if it's too thick to blend.

Fourth Step

Serve with vanilla protein cream peanut butter, sugar-free maple syrup, and any other desired toppings on baked french toast.
